Radnor Hunt Concours d’Elegance 2025

Radnor Hunt Concours d’Elegance 2025

in the relative calm between each season’s Pebble Beach Concours in August and the Audrain Concours in October sits the Radnor Hunt Concours. Over the course of 28 years, Radnor has become a significant and yet approachable event on the US circuit, drawing cars and owners from around the country to the Philadelphia countryside.

Drawing from the area’s deep automotive history, the Radnor Hunt Concours d’Elegance is known for pulling together unique classes, many with a motorsports connection. This year was no exception, with featured marques including Moon and Mercedes-Benz in the Classic division, AC Cars in the Sports division, and panel vans, station wagons and shooting brakes in the Vintage division.

Weather is historically unpredictable for Radnor concours weekends, given the time of the year and it location. Judging began Sunday morning with a light rain still falling. Covers were still on many of the vehicles while other wore wet upholstery as a badge of honor while the judges made their rounds. By lunchtime, the clouds had dissipated and the sun broke out for the rest of the day, a reminder that it was still summer on the calendar.

Some truly spectacular cars and motorcycles were on display, including a stunning 1952 Jaguar C-Type, a 1965 Lamborghini 350 GT, a 1974 BMW 2002 Turbo, a 1961 Chrysler New Yorker Town & Country station wagon, and a rare Renault Alpine 110 1600 rally car. Congratulations go to Donald and Patt Bernstein for their 1939 Bugatti Type 57 Cabriolet for Best of Show and Irwin Kroiz for his 1969 B.F. Goodrich Green Corvette for Best of Show – Sport.
