VintagEuro hosted its first-ever event, VintagEuro United, on October 4, 2020. The informal drive-in social gathering took place in Warrington, PA at The Shops at Valley Square, an upscale outdoor shopping and dining venue in the suburbs north of Philadelphia.
Approximately fifty vehicles and enthusiast owners showed up to congregate and share in the unique setting. Numerous clubs in the area arrived in solid numbers, including members with BMWs, Jaguars and Triumphs. The variety also included a Rolls-Royce, a Morgan, Aston Martins, Porsches, Mercedes, a Lancia and an Alfa Romeo, among others. A pair of motorcycles was also on hand.
The venue’s “center court” arrangement was a popular feature for many attendees, who cited the lawn and architectural feel of the site as providing a special experience. As one guest noted:
“This show is again a model of where our hobby is headed. No entry fee. No judging. Little organization. Set in an architecturally distinctive locale.”

The plan is to expand VintagEuro United into a regular monthly event in the same location next year, targeting dates from April through October. Plans are also in the works to offer VintagEuro United outside of the Philadelphia area later in 2021.
